The Dolev Investment Group is a private equity real estate investment firm operating in the State of Virginia. Since its inception Dolev has steadily grown, and continues to expand today thanks to its focused investment strategy.

The company places a high degree of importance on its partnerships with local service providers and its knowledge of the local market. Because of this, Dolev focuses its operations in Richmond, Virginia, and areas within 150 miles of the city.

Executive Team
Dorey Friedman
​
Dorey Friedman is a dual citizen of Israel and the US. He received his MBA from Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University, and his BA in Business and Psychology from Hebrew University in Jerusalem.
​
Mr. Friedman grew up in a family business which owned and managed multifamily properties in New York.
In 2004 he branched out and began making Real Estate investments on his own.
​
Over the years he has owned and invested in many multi family properties both in the US and in Israel with his current focus being in the Virginia market.
​
In addition to investing in real estate, Mr. Friedman has owned and managed multiple successful companies in the agro-technology field. His attention to detail and acute analytical skills are an asset to the Dolev Investment Group.

Yoni Leiman
​
Yoni Leiman is the Founder and Managing Director of the Ortal Enterprise and Investments Group. A family office which operates an in-house innovative hedge fund, and invests in international real estate, private equity, venture capital and tourism opportunities.
​
Mr. Leiman brings a global, out-of-the-box vision to the table, which has enabled Dolev to diversify its holdings while continuing to focus on its core competency. His hands-on approach and detail-oriented execution is an asset to the firm.
Mr. Leiman has led many successful deals in Israel, Europe and the U.S. ranging from private equity and venture capital all the way to real-estate and tourism.

Mr. Leiman attended Hebrew University where he completed the triple B.A. honors program in Philosophy, Economics and Political Science. He went on to complete an MBA focusing on finance, also from Hebrew University.

Lala Korall
​
Ms. Lala Korall of Richmond, Virginia, is the Real Estate Broker on the Dolev Investments team. She joins us from I-Deals LLC, a company specializing in commercial real-estate.
Ms. Korall works with international companies and offers business development, management and consulting services as well as international relocation services. With her diverse background, Ms. Korall helps bridge the cultural and commercial differences between the international and U.S market.
Ms. Korall started her business development and real estate career in 1985, while attending Harvard University. She also holds an MBA Degree in Management from the University of Maryland. In 1994 Ms. Korall was voted one of the top five businesswomen in Israel by “Lady Globes” Magazine.
She has lived in Europe, Israel, and the United State, and speaks English, French, Hebrew, Dutch, as well as several other languages. Ms. Korall is sensitive to the negotiation and business styles of different countries and cultures, a valuable advantage given the international focus of her work.

Yoav Dagan
​
Yoav Dagan has an extensive background in real estate. Mr. Dagan began his real estate career in 1987 during his studies in Boston, investing in townhouses around the local Boston area.
During the 1990 's he was involved in construction of apartment complexes totaling over 650 units in Israel as well as the construction of community services and private homes.
Mr. Dagan has experience with real estate projects in Europe, Asia and the United States. With extensive expertise in real estate development in Romania and Sweden. Throughout his career Mr. Dagan has always continued his focus on the U.S commercial real estate market. Using his extensive expertise and international background to bring a different and unique perspective to the table.
While investing in real-estate Mr. Dagan has developed companies that are involved in aquaculture and innovation. Today he holds an ownership position in Aquamaof LTD.

David Greenberg
With over 40 years of experience as a business lawyer and expertise in business counsel regarding structuring, negotiating and documenting in business and commercial real estate transactions, including financings, sales, acquisitions, leases, formation and structuring of business entities, Attny David Greenberg is a welcome addition to our US based team.
Having served as General Counsel of LeClairRyan, one of the largest law firms in the Commonwealth of Virginia with 25 offices in 15 different states including New York, New Jersey, California, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Washington, D.C. David has managed and provided oversight in various areas.

Alethea Parker
​
Ms. Parker is the President and part owner of Artcraft Management Inc. She joined Artcraft Management in September 1998 as a Property Manager. Ms. Parker was promoted to Regional Manager in July 2000; to Vice President of Operations and later to President. Ms. Parker’s multi-faceted background encompasses finance, accounting, property operations, acquisitions, personnel administration, training and education.
Ms. Parker’s property management career began in 1988. In 1992 she became the Property Manager of a 456-unit HUD property with substantial economic issues and deferred maintenance problems.
Ms. Parker attended Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, VA.
Andrew Little

Andrew R. Little is a principal with John B. Levy & Company, Inc., a real estate investment-banking firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia. John B. Levy & Company raises equity and debt for developers and owners of commercial and multifamily projects, often investing its own proprietary funds into transactions with its clients.
​
Mr. Little is a member of the Entrepreneurial Investment and Development Forum for NAIOP and a former chairman for the Investment Management II Forum. He is also Chairman of the Board for Richmond Friends of the Homeless and a member of the VCU Real Estate Circle of Excellence and the Richmond Real Estate Group.
A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Little received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Virginia Tech in 1987. He also holds FINRA Series 7, 79, 22, 24 and 63 licenses.
